Unless you knew someone with a Dory for sale, a rarity, you had to order one from somewhere on the East Coast like Newfoundland or Nova Scotia, possibly Maine and deal with shipping costs to wherever in the world you live.....NOT ANYMORE.The best part is that all of the materials needed for this project can be picked up at any local hardware store and lumber yard. Your Banker Dory will be constructed of spruce, birch, oak and lapstreak planked with white pine, held together with stainless steel screws and marine grade chalking. No plywood is used. Only top quality materials....and we walk you through EVERY step.
