Toledo Bend Catfishing

Toledo Bend fishing report for bass and catfish.
Toledo Bend is four feet low and clear. Water temp is in the upper 70s.
Charlie Shively at Bill's Landing says bass anglers are picking up some solid keepers up to 10 pounds using topwaters around weedy flats bordering Tenaha Creek. Wacky worms and Senkos also are producing good results.
Crappie are scattered. Shively said the ticket is staying on the move to find fish suspended at varied depths.
Catfishing is excellent on rod and reel. Hand fishermen are picking up channels and blues using cut bait, worms and minnows fished along shorelines and over river side ridges. Trotliners are picking up blues and flatheads to 50 pounds.
