One of the best times of the year to fish for largemouth bass is in the spring. Bass fishing is a very popular sport especially in the St Lawrence river in upstate New York. Learning to catch bass in a lake or river is part of the challenge fishermen face. Here are a few tips on how to catch bass in the spring time of the year.

When you are getting ready to start fishing you need to go to your local sporting goods store. You need to buy a fishing license and make sure to take some kind of identification.
