Tuning a crank bait

If a lure is not running perfectly straight, bend the eye hook toward the direction you want the lure to travel. Repeat until the lure runs straight. Shallow water warms up quicker than deep water and the bass will start looking for bait fish to feed on. Shallow water with lots of dead trees and logs warms up faster look for large rocks where the bass will ambush bait fish from.
