TRUMAN Fishing

 60s, clarity varies widely, 21 feet high and falling. Outlook: Guide Bob Bates reports: Some ramps closed; debris affecting ramps and navigation; crappies holding in 20 feet of water in the brush at midlake, use minnows or Swarm Bandit jigs; white bass good on  1/2 -ounce and  3/4 -ounce spoons or minnows in 22 to 25 feet of water on bottom. Cody’s Guide Service reports: Hybrids good on live shad and spoons; catfish good on cut shad and live bait on jug lines. Below the dam: Catfish, hybrids and white bass good on artificial and live baits.
